Hope in Motion is a resource center that offers mutuality based support for people who experience mental health or substance abuse challenges.  It is run by trained Peer Recovery Support Specialists who have personal  experience in sustained recovery.  We offer access to community based supports, wellness activities and exploration of a variety of recovery topics
